FUNDRAISER #1 – Fun Fair Wrist band Program

 

How our Redline Wristband Program works:

1- Your school, church, group or organization picks a day any Monday thru Thursday for your Redline Inflatable Fundraiser.

2- About 3 to 4 weeks before your Redline Event you start advertising and selling wristbands. Redline Inflatable’s will give you up to 500 postcards for you to either mail or hand out about this FANTASTIC event and fundraiser. A minimum of 200 wristbands must be sold or the event can be cancelled.

3- Redline Inflatable’s will provide our most popular inflatables - number of inflatables depends on how many wristbands are sold. Redline Inflatables will also provide 1 sno-cone, 1 cotton candy, 1 popcorn machine and at least 2 supervisors for your event.

4- The school, church, group or organization must provide attendants for the inflatable rides.

The Redline Wristbands sell for $10.00 each and includes unlimited play on all inflatables at the event along with 2 tickets for concessions (sno-cones, popcorn or cotton candy).

The group/organization receives a percentage of the wristbands sales as follows:

*       Selling 201-500 wristbands nets 40% of sales

*       Selling 501 or more wristbands nets 50% of sales.

*       Also, any additional concession sales during the event will net the group/organization 30% of those sales.

Ex. A school of 500 students.

If each student sold just 2 tickets that’s a potential profit of more than $5000.00

Our Redline Fundraising Program will allow you to earn money for your group/organization, with no out of pocket expenses.

TEAM FUNDRAISERS

FUNDRAISER #2 -  Redline Inflatable Promotion

 

How our Promotion works.

 The School distributes a brochure to each student to bring home with them.  This brochure explains the fundraiser and how it works. 

Attached to the brochure is a card that they give to us when renting, with your organizations name on it.

 

Through out the year, for every rental we have that is rented in your name, we will donate $20 to your organization

 

If only 20 kids rent from us.  That’s a $400 profit for doing nothing.

 

We supply the brochures and the cards.   You just send them home with the kids.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
"You've Been Flocked"

Should you wake up one morning and see a couple of zany looking birds on you lawn, you’ll know that YOU’VE BEEN FLOCKED. 

 

Each member of your team chooses 10 people to get flocked.

Each member notifies their "victims" that they have been chosen to Be Flocked, along with instructions in how to participate. (in the form of a letter)

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

 

Each victim has 3 choices upon receiving their letter.

 

1. For $25.00 you can buy Flamingo Insurance and rest assured these tacky Pink Flamingos will not end up on their lawn.

 

2. For $30.00 the Flamingos can be forwarded to a "victim" of their choice

 

3. Take the Chance of the Flamingos will end up on their lawn, and pay a $20.00 removal fee.

 

Each member of the team could raise between $200 - $300 for their team.

This friendly fundraiser is not meant to be malicious by any means.  Flocking is only done in good spirits.  To make this fundraiser successful, we must have willing participants.  When choosing a person to flock, be wary of their temperament and sense of humour.
